A little about me:

My name is Tony Balzano. I am retired from the Portland Maine Police department. I served 25 years, with the majority of my time in the K-9 unit as a handler/trainer.  I worked four dogs, during that time. All were German Shepards. 

I have been collecting patches for over 30 years. I collect any Law Enforcement patch from the state of Maine. But my focus is K9 patches from around the world.

I have created this site as a way to display my collection and as a resource to meet new collectors.
